About this Role

Revenue Analyst

The Revenue Analyst claims revenue and creates invoices according to accounting principles and contract terms. The Revenue Analyst tracks revenue over time and produces reports to show trends. The analyst breaks down revenue by individual project and determines profitability. The revenue analyst must have outstanding attention to detail to ensure that revenue is claimed and billed accurately. If the following interests you, we encourage you to apply!

The pay for this role is a hourly range of $31-$36/hour depending on expercience.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities :

+ Analyze detailed financial data related to job cost and revenue.

+ Ensure reconciliations and supporting schedules are completed timely and in accordance with customer and internal requirements.

+ Create wide range of invoices/billings (from standard to complex).

+ Record and track revenue for various projects.

+ Create journal entries.

+ Retrieve support documentation related to audits.

+ Work with and understand contracts related to various projects.

+ Track and maintain work break-down structures.

+ Assist with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reporting and closing.

+ Routine accounting functions and other tasks as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

+ Previous work experience within an integrated accounting software system.

+ Must have the ability to balance multiple tasks while meeting required deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience using JD Edwards and SAP.

+ Experience in a utility, contract utility, or construction company.

+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; or 3+ years related experience.

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $31.00/Hr. - USD $36.00/Hr. depending on experience and qualifications.
