Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in IT Infrastructure administration • Server, Workstation, and/or Network Support and Log Monitoring experience is required. • A firm understanding of computing security and reliability practices is required. • Strong written, verbal communication, and time management skills. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in IT/OT (Operational Technology) training • Experience with industrial SCADA systems; PLC and DCS experience preferred; experience with Honeywell Experion system a plus • Thorough understanding of backup and monitoring tools required (Acronis, Symantec End Point Protection, VMWare Configuration Manager, Solarwinds Network Monitoring) • Thorough understanding of routing, Layer 2 and 3 switching, Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco IOS, DNS, VLAN’s preferred • Experience with design, implementation & support of VMware virtualized environments • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills • A self-motivated person who is able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapts to changing priorities • Experience supporting and troubleshooting Window Server, Workstations and SQL Server Administration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $41.00/hr.
