Pay & Perks * Pay: $37–$42+ per hour, based on experience * Flexible scheduling — build a caseload that fits your lifestyle * Ongoing training and development * Collaborative, mission-driven team environment What You’ll Do As a Home Care RN, you'll oversee and support caregivers and ensure that our clients receive the high-quality personal care they deserve. Duties include: * Develop and update individualized client care plans * Conduct supervisory RN visits to assess condition and quality of services * Collaborate with the Director to match care needs with the right services * Provide hands-on caregiver training in our Woodbury training center * Ensure caregivers demonstrate competency with delegated tasks * Reassess each client's needs and satisfaction every 90 days or as needed * Document any changes in client condition and adjust care plans accordingly * Maintain communication with clients and designated family members Why Join Griswold?
