    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Desktop Support Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Reedsville, PA and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate is dependable and presentable, the face of the IT department.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity issues

    + Image machines

    + Perform standard hardware replacement

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience

    + Basic Network background

    + Proficient in Win11, laptops, and desktops

    + Basic Apple knowledge

    + Supporting manufacturing division and sales

    + Strong customer soft skills

    + Certifications are preferred, but not required

    + Manufacturing experience is highly desired and ability to work with tools

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$22.50 - $35.20 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
