    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Field Service Technician** to join their team and provide support in Omaha, NE.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Perform field technical product support

    + Assist with installations and repairs or maintenance tasks of technology products

    + Resolve customer technical issues and answer questions

    + Keep record of system problems and issues

    + Perform routine tasks as directed and under moderate supervision

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience required

    + CompTIA A+ certification required

    + Experience with Large scale printers is a plus

    + Good working knowledge of computers and computer systems

    + Ability to learn quickly and maintain documentation

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and handle scheduling the work queue efficiently

    + Willing to work with others and share knowledge with the team

    + Willing to learn, friendly and personable

    + Able to keep a calm demeanor even when dealing with difficult situations

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$14.25 - $21.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
