+ Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials and components for production or in other supply chain operations as assigned.

+ Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand/capacity analyses).

+ Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks).

+ Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.

+ Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.

+ Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation.

+ Manage all aspects of spare die components including, but not exclusive to, ordering, quoting and planning in-house manufacturing, outsourcing, storage, transferring, obsoleting, and inventory.

+ Evaluate prints and suggest changes that would enhance manufacturability of the tool.

+ Create and maintain a strong supplier base to meet our needs in timing, cost, and quality.

Your Qualifications

+ Associate's Degree or High school Diploma with demonstrated experience

+ Tool & Die Journeyman Certification required

+ Understanding of manufacturing processes

+ Ability to prioritize

+ Self-motivated

+ Problem solving skills
