Schedule Details

+ 40 hours per week

+ Two 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

+ Two 8-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

+ Every other weekend on-call

+ Holiday call rotation with Unit Director

Role Overview

This position blends direct patient care with leadership responsibilities:

+ Workload Split: 75% staffing, 25% office time (weekly or bi-weekly)

+ Responsibilities Include:

+ Supporting nursing students and new staff

+ Developing individualized care plans and patient goals

+ Educating patients and families

+ Advocating for patient needs

+ Promoting safety and quality care

+ Applying critical thinking to clinical and social issuesBenefits:

QualificationsClinician Fellow:

+ Salary: $39.84 - $53.50/hour

+ Experience: Minimum 2 years

+ Education: BSN required or enrolled within 1 year of hire; completion within 3 years

+ Preferred: MSN or CNL

+ Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for eligible candidates

+ Rehab or stroke experience preferred but not required

Clinician:

+ Salary: $42.52 - $56.70/hour

+ Experience: Minimum 3 years

+ Education: BS/BSN required

+ If BS is not in nursing, a Master's or higher in Nursing is required

+ Preferred: Master's degree

+ Rehab or stroke experience preferred but not requiredLicensure & Certifications

+ Current RN license in practicing state

+ BLS or CPR (AHA standards) within 30 days of hire

+ National certification preferred
