Behavior Technician – Make a Daily Impact in Schools ???

As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with students who have special needs—helping them build essential skills, navigate their day, and thrive in the classroom. Every moment you spend with them is a chance to make a difference.

Whether you're guiding routines, reinforcing positive behaviors, or collaborating with educators, your presence matters. If you're dependable, patient, and passionate about purpose-driven work, this role is for you.

Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

+ Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans

+ Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

+ Creating a calm, consistent, and uplifting environment for learning

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 2 years of pediatric experience preferred

+ 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience preferred

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ School-based schedule (Monday–Friday, daytime hours)

+ Immediate start
