RN Case Manager

Salary: $3242 / Week
The RN Case Manager is responsible for coordinating continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery, and compliance with medical regime.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Current RN licensure in state practicing
+ At least one year of Case Management experience preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hours/week – Flexible scheduling, some weekends required
Pay: Weekly Gross $3,242
Includes:
+ Taxable Income: $1,800
+ Stipends: $1,442
+ Local Pay: $75/hr
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for Case Manager roles in an acute hospital setting. This is a 3-month contract with flexible scheduling and competitive weekly pay. We are hiring for:
+ 1 NOC Opening
+ 1 DAY Opening – Must have Acute Case Management experience
? Key Responsibilities:
+ Discharge Planning
+ Appeals & Denials
+ Utilization Review
+ InterQual assessments
+ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
+ Applying current Medicare guidelines
+ Clinical documentation and critical thinking
+ 2+ years of clinical RN experience
+ Acute Case Management experience
+ Current Discharge Planning experience
+ Denials & Appeals experience
+ Utilization Review experience
+ InterQual experience
+ Knowledge of Medicare guidelines
+ Experience with PERFORMANT or CDCR denials (preferred)
