    Salary: $20 / Hour

     

    School Aide – Supporting Students with Special Needs

     

    We’re seeking compassionate and reliable School Aides to work directly in school environments, providing essential support to students with special needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are committed to helping children and adolescents succeed both academically and personally.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assist students with special needs in classroom activities, learning tasks, and behavioral support

    + Work under the supervision of teachers and special education staff to implement individualized support plans

    + Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and therapeutic support as directed by licensed professionals

    + Be a consistent and encouraging presence throughout the school day

    What You Need to Apply:

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Ability to follow professional standards of practice

    + CPR certification (if required)

    + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulations)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be 18 years or older
