    Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | $80/hr | Part-Time | Deaf/Hard of Hearing Caseload | Crestwood, IL | Oct 2025–June 2026

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support deaf and hard of hearing students at the elementary through high school level in Crestwood, IL. This part-time, in-person role begins October 13, 2025, and runs for 39 weeks, with a schedule of three days per week (.6 FTE).

    Position Overview:

    + Location: Crestwood, IL

    + Start Date: October 13, 2025

    + Duration: 39 weeks

    + Schedule: 3 days/week (Monday–Friday)

    + Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (paid for 6.5 hours/day)

    + Weekly Total: 19.5 hours

    + Modality: In-person

    + Pay Rate: $80/hour

    Caseload Details:

    + Grade Levels: EC–High School

    + Caseload: 20–25 students (adjusted for part-time)

    + Weekly Therapy Minutes: 1100–1200 (adjusted for part-time)

    + Population: Deaf and hard of hearing

    + Sign language preferred but not required

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

    + Provide and document therapy services in alignment with physician orders

    + Collaborate with school teams and comply with all professional standards

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Active Illinois SLP license

    + CCC-SLP certification (preferred and may be required)

    + CPR certification, TB clearance, and health certificate as applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
