As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring that engineering processes are efficient and effective. You will be involved in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving manufacturing equipment and processes, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, helping to deliver high-quality products to our customers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The annual base salary range for this position is $44,700 to $67,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.

+ Assist in the implementation of process improvements and engineering changes to enhance productivity and quality.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are aligned with engineering specifications.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 1+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.

+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

+ Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.

+ Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

+ Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).

+ Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools.
