Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development

+ Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical staff

+ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

+ Support professional development and performance management initiatives

Client Engagement

+ Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships

+ Translate client objectives into actionable project plans

+ Lead proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations

Market Awareness & Business Development

+ Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies

+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy

+ Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to enhance market presence

Technical Expertise

+ Oversee civil engineering design, permitting, and construction processes

+ Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure quality and regulatory compliance

+ Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges across all project phases

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

+ Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

+ Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects, team leadership, and client management

+ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
