SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Assess and treat persons with hearing and related disorders. May fit hearing aids and provide auditory training. May perform research related to hearing problems.
The ideal candidate has experience in all areas of audiology, including diagnostics, amplification including implants, electrophysiology, and vestibular evaluations. This candidate is comfortable being independent, while able to utilize resources within our large audiology team. This candidate is comfortable working in different locations as needed and has a flexible schedule.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
+ Au.D. or Ph.D. in audiology, or master’s degree if allowed by grandfathering laws
+ Current license to practice audiology in Pennsylvania or PA license eligible and obtained within 6 weeks from date of hire.
