    Job Summary

    You will lead the transformation of delivery practices across product and engineering teams. This role is pivotal in embedding AI and automation into requirement definition, project management, and software delivery workflows—driving measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and transparency

    Job Responsibilities

    • Architect and implement delivery transformation initiatives across squads and programs

    • Align delivery practices with product strategy and engineering execution, ensuring measurable outcomes

    • Automate sprint planning, risk prediction, and KPI dashboards using tools like Power BI, GitHub Copilot, and Jira Automation

    • Design and deploy AI-driven workflows for planning, tracking, and reporting .

    • Serve as a thought leader and coach for product owners, program managers, and engineering leads.

    • Drive adoption of modern delivery models through enablement and change management

    • Standardize delivery metrics and dashboards across squads and programs .

    • Evaluate and implement delivery tooling that supports automation and visibility .

    • Partner with product and engineering leadership to improve semester planning and product review council operations .

    • Ensure delivery accountability and transparency across global teams.

    Job Requirements

    • 5–8 years of experience in agile delivery, program management, or product ops.

    • Proven experience leading delivery transformation in complex, matrixed environments.

    • Deep understanding of agile delivery at scale and modern product development practices

    • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools in delivery contexts

    • Strong systems thinking and ability to influence without authority .

    • Expertise in tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, GitHub Copilot .

    • Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale) .

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    Education

    IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

    Compensation:

    The target salary range for this position is 152,150 - 225,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
