    Job Description:

    We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to support the field operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail, adaptability, high energy, time management (able to handle high volume in fast pace environment), critical thinking, sound judgement, exceptionally organized, and comparable experience.  If this role excites you, we’d like to talk with you.

    Compensation:

    + $80,000 - $90,000 annually

    Responsibilities:

    + A-Z onboarding to offboarding hires

    + Data entry

    + Auditing

    + Researching

    + Enforcing policies

    + Communicating company updates

    + Investigation

    + Employee relations

    + Partnering with operations managers

    + Schedule off site safety training

    + Keep inventory, order, and issue PPE

    + Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets

    + Special projects

    + Other duties and projects as assigned

    Requirements:

    + Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Be organized and detail oriented

    + Strength in professionalism and customer service

    + Ability to work with minimal mistakes in a fast paced environment

    + Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office

    + Pass drug test and criminal background check

    + 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience is a must

    + Oilfield industry experience is a strong preference

    + Knowledge in DOT compliance is preferred

    + Bachelors Degree
