**Welcome to Centene!** At **HeathNet,** our California -based health plan, we’re seeking a finance professional with strong **FP&A** expertise with **Medicaid industry experience** to deliver strategic insights and drive operational excellence.

**Position Purpose:** Drive product-specific revenue and medical cost forecasting and variance analysis as a core member of the HealthNet FP&A team. Deliver actionable financial insights that support data-driven decision-making in a mission-oriented healthcare environment. Compile and analyze financial information for the company. Lead various financial projects.

+ Own product-level P&L forecasting and modeling for both revenue and medical expense drivers.

+ Partner with accounting during the monthly close process to validate and explain variances.

+ Leverage OneStream and Excel-based models to deliver scenario analyses, budget vs. actual reviews, and financial performance tracking.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, actuarial, and operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and business alignment.

+ Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports

+ Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management

+ Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts

+ Handle complex and high level financial analysis

+ Present and discuss analysis with management

**Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Highly preferred Skills:

+ Healthcare industry experience preferably with Medicaid product.

+ OneStream Experience.

+ Understanding of healthcare financial metrics including medical loss ratio (MLR), Per Member Per Month (PMPM), cost of care, and revenue risk adjustment.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage forecasting processes for multiple products or business line.

+ Strong expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables), financial modeling, and forecasting.

+ Solid communication skills and ability to present data to senior leadership.

+ Proactive, critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.

+ Collaborative, with the ability to build relationships and drive strategic impact.

Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
