Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an **Associate System Administrator** to join our team in **Hertford, NC** .

This position will support the Critical Infrastructure and Technology Team by running vulnerability scans, patching systems, and performing system upgrades. Performs system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture. Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Assists with hardware and software installation and disposition of servers to support the architecture

+ Assists with problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems

+ Assists with the implementation of established security requirements

+ Assists with performing system monitoring, backup and restore procedures to ensure system and data availability

+ Gathers IT infrastructure information across distributed systems and multiple support groups and assists in implementing system changes

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Experience with System Administration

+ Experience with troubleshooting and repairing computing system hardware and software

+ Active Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI and CI polygraph post start

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience with Virtual Servers

+ Experience working with U.S. Government Security Regulations

+ Experience with using NMapping, vulnerability and compliance scanning software for scanning stand alone networks

+ Experience with Bright Sign configuration

+ Active Top Secret/SCI and CI polygraph post start

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $63,750 - $86,250
