We’re hiring a Team Lead – Partner Marketing Manager, Programs & Enablement to lead our Partner Programs team in North America. In this role, you’ll drive the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of turnkey marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and partner enablement efforts for our value-added reseller (VAR) partners. You’ll oversee a team of two partner marketers while managing vendors, defining and executing programs, enabling your team, and ensuring strong cross-functional alignment so that Sage partners are fully equipped to generate demand and deliver measurable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications: You have/are…
• 8+ years of B2B indirect channel/partner marketing and partner enablement experience for reseller partners / VARs (required)
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a small team.
• Experience with budget planning, management, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and pivot as needed.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills, embodying “One-team” attitude and approach.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting program performance.
• Growth mindset, personal accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program Strategy & Definition
Develop and evolve Sage’s turnkey partner marketing programs aligned to GTM priorities.
Define program objectives, success metrics, and content direction.
• Program Management
Lead end-to-end execution of partner programs including planning, launch, optimization, and reporting across Turnkey Programs, Pre-Funded Support, MDF, and Sage-Led.
Ensure program scalability and alignment with partner needs and Sage business goals.
Manage and evolve the Self-Serve Partner experience for Partner Marketing, enablement content, and programs.
• Vendor Management & Negotiation
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with external vendors to support program delivery.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely execution.
• Partner Enablement & Communications
Create and deliver enablement materials to drive partner awareness and understanding of available programs.
Develop communication plans and assets to support program adoption and engagement.
•Team Leadership & Enablement
Lead and coach a small team of program managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Provide direction, mentorship, and development opportunities to team members.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
Establish and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to inform future strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partner Programs & Strategy, Commercial Operations, and Enablement teams to align on priorities and execution.
Ensure seamless integration of partner programs into broader GTM motions.
• Presentations & Stakeholder Engagement
Represent the Partner Marketing Programs team in internal and external forums.
Deliver presentations to senior leadership and partner audiences.
