To continue laying the groundwork, challenge what's possible and celebrate the power of inclusion, we seek to partner with driven individuals who are ready to elevate their career with us. *Work Arrangement:* This position supports our terminal operations in Valdez, Alaska. *What You'll Do:* You will join the ranks of our professional drivers who daily meet the unique challenges of selling and safely distributing fuels throughout the great state of Alaska. *Key Responsibilities:* * Deliver and receive petroleum products to and from company tanks, customer tanks, and airplanes as required. * Perform customer service activities, including fuel attendant duties; assist with gasoline pump meter readings, sales slips and credit card charges. * Perform daily vehicle inspections and requisition parts and repairs. * Perform or assist with weekly inspections of facilities. * Assist maintenance crews with maintenance and upgrade. * Track and reorder inventory. * Complete paperwork and update information into computer tracking systems. * Understand and implement company, state and federal regulations. * Act as a first responder to any spill incidents. * Perform other duties as assigned. *Education and Credentials:* * High school diploma or equivalent or experience in lieu of education. * Must possess a valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker, Hazardous Materials and Air Brake endorsements. * Must meet the current driver qualifications as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. * Must possess a current Medical Certificate. * Must be willing to work some overtime. *Experience:* * Minimum of two years of experience operating vehicles that require a CDL. * Experience with propane, natural gas, pipefitting, plumbing, crane, or boom truck is a plus. *Technical Skills:* * Familiar with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook and Word. *Why Join Crowley?* * We offer competitive wages and an excellent compensation package including Health, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 401k with Company Match, Paid Holidays, as well as Paid Vacation and Leave of Absence. * Our employees are also eligible for a discount on Avgas, Gasoline, Diesel, Heating Fuel and Propane. * We offer a Sign-on Bonus of $3,500.00. **Job:** **Operations* **Organization:** **Highway Terminals US 9100* **Title:** *Local Driver - Valdez* **Location:** *AK-VALDEZ* **Requisition ID:** *USA0003MH*
