Position Overview

The Client Service Associate will play a key role in supporting sophisticated clients and ensuring smooth operational execution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide high-touch service to high-net-worth clients

+ Process account openings, closures, transfers, and related paperwork

+ Prepare and execute trades and client transactions

+ Support client meetings with performance reports and investment data

+ Maintain accurate client documentation and compliance records

+ Monitor client communications and respond promptly

+ Track client scheduling and meeting documentation

+ Reconcile client portfolio accounts with custodial records

+ Provide weekly updates on client pipeline and portfolio needs

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree required; Series 65 a plus

+ 5+ years of experience in financial services (RIA, brokerage, or banking preferred)

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ High attention to detail and ability to multitask

+ Experience with Fidelity and Schwab custodial platforms preferred

+ Familiarity with Black Diamond and Morningstar (training provided)

+ Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

+ Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
