    A nationally recognized, independent wealth management firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join its client service team. This is a dynamic administrative role supporting financial advisors and contributing to a collaborative, client-first culture.

    Position Overview

    The Client Service Associate plays a key role in supporting advisors and ensuring exceptional client service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You’ll work closely with team members across multiple locations and contribute to a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

    + Fulfill client requests with accuracy and professionalism

    + Compose client communications and assist with account paperwork

    + Maintain accurate client records and update systems

    + Support advisors in delivering outstanding service

    + Manage a paperless office and utilize electronic tools for documentation

    + Assist with general administrative duties, including phone coverage and front desk support

    + Prepare conference rooms and greet clients for meetings

     

    Systems & Tools

     

    + Proficiency with CRM and document management systems (e.g., Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint)

    + Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Familiarity with Zoom and Teams for internal communication

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + 1+ years of experience in financial services or a related industry

    + High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment

    + Professional demeanor and integrity

    + Resourceful, eager to learn, and solution-oriented
