    Position Overview

    The Wealth Architect is responsible for managing and retaining client relationships, coaching Associate Wealth Architects, and collaborating with senior advisors and technical specialists to deliver comprehensive financial advice. This role is ideal for someone who takes a holistic approach to wealth planning and thrives in a values-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage and deepen client relationships through regular communication and strategic planning

    + Lead and oversee the development of financial plans, estate maps, cash flow analyses, and investment strategies

    + Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (CPAs, attorneys, etc.) to ensure seamless client service

    + Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, ensuring all action items are completed

    + Provide unbiased financial advice across investment management, estate planning, tax strategy, and philanthropic planning

    + Oversee and mentor Associate Wealth Architects, supporting their professional development

    + Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards

    + Participate in firm-wide strategic initiatives, planning committees, and business development efforts

    + Serve as a steward of the firm’s planning philosophy, values, and client service standards

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field

    + Graduate degree or professional designation required (CFP®, CFA, CPA, EA, JD, Master’s, or PhD)

    + 5–10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years advising clients

    + Series 65 license preferred

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM, document management, and portfolio management software

    + Experience with custodial platforms such as Schwab or Fidelity is a plus
