Supervisor - Janitorial Department (2nd Shift)

Olsten Staffing is currently seeking an experienced **2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor** to oversee cleaning operations for a facility in the Florence, SC area. This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with a starting pay rate of **$15.00 per hour** . **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS SUPERVISOR IN JANITORIAL.**

Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise and coordinate daily activities of janitorial staff.

+ Assign cleaning tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Train, mentor, and support team members.

+ Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment; submit inventory requests as needed.

+ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

+ Communicate effectively with management and staff regarding schedules, issues, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

+ Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or facility services required.

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable.

+ **Valid driver's license required.**

Schedule & Pay:

+ Full-time, 2nd shift.

+ Starting pay: **$** **15.00/hour** .

+ Temp-to-hire position.

**Pay Details:** $15.00 per hour
