Personal Care Assistant – $20/hour Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking to make a difference in someone’s life? We’re seeking caring individuals to provide support for seniors in their homes throughout the Danbury area. Why Join Our Team? * Competitive Pay – $20/hour with direct deposit and holiday pay * Flexible Scheduling – Full-time, part-time, days, evenings, overnights (ex: 8am–4pm, 10am–3pm, 8pm–8am) * Locations – Danbury, Bethel, Newtown, Ridgefield, Redding, Brookfield, New Milford, New Fairfield * Benefits – * Health plan for full-time staff * 401k through the State of CT * Paid Sick Time (up to 40 hours per year) * Mileage reimbursement * Overtime opportunities * Ongoing training and career growth * Friendly 24/7 office support What You’ll Do * Provide personal care (such as assistance with bathing/bed baths) * Light housekeeping and homemaking tasks * Prepare meals * Offer companionship and conversation * Medication reminders What We’re Looking For * A caring, positive attitude and passion for helping seniors * Dependability and punctuality * Good communication skills * Reliable transportation * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) * Experience in caregiving or caring for a loved one (a plus, but not required).
