The Senior Program Manager will report to Global IT PMO Director and will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking the completion of a large global integration program consisting of specific long-term inter-related programs, each of which may be composed of multiple inter-related projects, each of which will have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. Work shall include following an over-arching Integration Framework for programs and projects, each to be performed in accordance with the ICU Project Management Framework (PMF) and its defined phases. Depending upon need and execution success, the project scope may change/increase to include other geographies than the initial Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. (US, Canada, and European regions have already been completed.)

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and support SAP LE processes including delivery processing, picking, packing, and goods movements

+ Investigate and resolve issues in SD (Order Management), LE-WM/EWM, and LE-TRA modules

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with SD, MM, PP, and IM modules

+ Handle background job processing for delivery and shipment creation

+ Write functional specifications and support production issues using ITIL methodology **Your Skills and Experience**

+ 7 years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant functional role

+ Strong knowledge of SAP SD-LE, LE-WM/EWM, and logistics execution processes

+ Experience with ChaRM, SNOW, ABAP pricing routines, and shipment cost user exits

+ Familiarity with interface setups and third-party system integrations

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills
