This internship position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.

**Target Start Date** : June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)

**Intern Pay Rate** : $24 per hour

What You’ll be doing:

+ Gather requirements, design and build new dashboards for Quill using Power BI, to assist in analyzing key business questions

+ Enhance dashboards with commentary using Microsoft Co-Pilot to increase usability, drive business decisions and improve engagement with existing Power BI dashboards

+ Automate existing reports using Snowflake SQL and Power BI or Excel to reduce time to generate each report

+ Collaborate with IT developers to build data cubes to further enhance automation and allow direct access to data for business owners and assist in self-service reporting

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:

+ Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a math/statistics/analytics-based major,

+ Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel: ability to use a pivot table and complex formulas

+ Knowledge of relational datasets and experience with working with data (SQL)

+ Experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI preferred - Tableau, Business Objects)

+ Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative

+ Able to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives
