This internship position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.

**Target Start Date** : June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)

**Intern Pay Rate** : $29 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

+ Apply statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract insights from data

+ Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions

+ Construct and present insightful models, analyses, and test readouts to influence marketing, product, and promotional strategies

+ Perform data mining, exploratory analysis, and A/B testing to support key business initiatives

+ Research and analyze data to find deep relations within data to be used in the ML/AI algorithms

+ Build and test audience targeting strategies and models, including relevancy, re-targeting, look-alike models, etc.

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:

+ Pursuing a master's or doctoral degree in Computer Science /Analytics/Engineering or a related technical discipline

+ Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and modeling techniques

+ Proficiency in Python programming language

+ Familiarity with SQL and experience in handling large datasets

What's Needed -Preferred Qualifications:

+ Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative

+ Able to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives
