We are excited to offer a Summer 2026 internship opportunity for a motivated and curious student to join our **Retail Digital Banking Platforms** team as an **Application Development Intern** .

What You’ll Do:

As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced software developers and technology leaders. You’ll contribute to real projects that support our customer-facing digital banking applications and learn how enterprise software is designed, developed, and maintained.

Your responsibilities may include:

+ Assisting with software development tasks such as coding, testing, and debugging

+ Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve user experience and system performance

+ Supporting documentation efforts for technical processes and application features

+ Learning and applying best practices in software development and agile methodologies

+ Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers

+ Shadowing team members to understand how technical decisions are made and implemented

What We’re Looking For:

+ Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field

+ Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

+ Basic understanding of software development principles and database concepts

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

+ Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

+ Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

+ Experience with version control tools like Git

+ Interest in digital banking or financial technology
