Introduction
We are seeking a highly experienced technical project management leader to oversee strategic initiatives including internal Cyber Security solutions and ensure successful program delivery across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through process improvements and innovation.
Your role and responsibilities

Technical Oversight: Provide technical insight to guide projects, understand complex software architecture, and assess the feasibility of new technologies with regards to the Cyber Security Data Lake.
*
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define project scope, set deliverables, and manage the data lake project lifecycle from start to finish.
*
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Assemble and direct technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
*
Risk Management: Proactively identify technical and project-related risks, and develop contingency plans.
*
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress and challenges.
*
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards
Required technical and professional expertise
Qualifications:
*
8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and programs
*
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
*
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
*
Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, GitHub and Agile methodologies
*
PMP preferred
Skills:
*
Proficiencies with project management software (like JIRA, GitHub or Monday)
*
Understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle
*
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, and the ability to perform data analysis
*
Knowledge of Cybersecurity operations a plus
*
Excellent organization, communication and risk management skills
Preferred technical and professional experience
Expertise on Cloud Technologies.
