Our client, a leading organization in the technology infrastructure sector, is seeking a Data Center Cable / Structured Cabling Technician ONSITE to join their team. As a Data Center Cable / Structured Cabling Technician ONSITE, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting critical data center operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Center Cable / Structured Cabling Technician ONSITE

**Location:** Milwaukee (Racine County), Wisconsin

**Pay Range:** $35-38/Hour on W2

What's the Job?

+ Install, dress, organize, label, patch, and test fiber & copper cabling

+ Pull and route cables in trays, conduits, overhead, underfloor paths

+ Terminate and test cables using OTDR, power meters, and other testing tools

+ Assist in rack & stack operations and correlate cabling to equipment

+ Maintain strict cable management and documentation standards

What's Needed?

+ Experience with fiber & copper cabling, terminations, and testing

+ Familiarity with structured cabling standards (TIA-568, BICSI practices)

+ Ability to read cable schematics, maps, and labeling standards

+ Dexterity, patience, and strong attention to detail

+ Associate Degree in a related field
