This is not your average desk job! As Executive Operations Liaison in the Office of the CEO, you’ll be a right-hand partner to a mission-driven leader working to make a real impact in education and beyond. You’ll be in the room where it happens—whether that’s a boardroom with Fortune 500 execs, a school in rural America, or a global summit on learning equity. This is a high-trust, high-energy role for someone who thrives on movement, purpose, and possibility. You’ll work within the Office of the CEO where communication, adaptability and flexibility are essential skills. In this role, reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO you will be exposed to highly sensitive and confidential information. You will be expected to exhibit maturity and confidentiality at all times.
This role will also require you to be on the road with our CEO or his Chief of Staff - so make sure your passport is up to date. You can expect to travel 50-75% of the time nationally and internationally!

What you will do:
+ **Shadow and support the CEO** across meetings, travel, and day-to-day operations
+ **Coordinate on-site logistics** for travel, events, and engagements with precision and grace
+ **Coordinate with leaders and SME’s** to provide content to build out presentation decks, talking points, briefs and other materials to ensure that the CEO always has the most current versions of all reports and materials so that the momentum stays alive.
+ **Represent ETS** with professionalism and warmth in interactions with senior leaders, partners, and stakeholders
+ **Be a do-er** : anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep things moving
+ **Contribute ideas** to strategic initiatives, especially around education, equity, and innovation
+ **Work closely with the Office of the CEO team** to share learnings and ensure alignment of engagement to CEO and ETS priorities.
+ **Travel with the CEO or his designee** to ensure seamless logistics.

+ **Executive Presence** : You know how to carry yourself in high-level meetings, you will ask smart questions and be continuously engaged.
+ **Travel Savvy** : You’re comfortable navigating airports, hotels, and new cities — and can troubleshoot logistics on the fly.
+ **Communication:** Clear, concise writing and confident verbal skills. You can draft emails, prep talking points, and summarize meetings with ease and at a moment’s notice.
+ **Discretion & Trustworthiness** : You’ll be exposed to sensitive conversations and decisions — integrity is non-negotiable.
+ **Teamwork** : You understand how to work within a team, share information, receive feedback and be a force multiplier in collaboration with your colleagues.
+ **Tech Fluency** : Comfortable with AI tools like CoPilot and Agentic AI . You are also fluent with Outlook, Teams, basic project management platforms and CRMS such as Salesforce. Bonus if you can whip up a clean deck or spreadsheet.
+ **Problem Solving** : You don’t just spot issues — you propose solutions and take initiative to fix them.
+ **Administrative or Executive Support** : Experience coordinating logistics, managing calendars, or supporting senior leaders is essential!
+ **Education Policy or Nonprofit Experience** : A plus if you’ve studied or worked in education, equity, or social impact.
+ **DC Know-How: Familiarity with the DC ecosystem** — whether through school, internships, or work — is a strong advantage.
