Position Details * Handling scripted calls to current and prospective sales customers * Confidently recommend/promote services * Outbound customer satisfaction calls * Respond to customer email & chats * Follow up with customers who are overdue for service * Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives * Log customer information and purify database Requirements * Experience handling in/outbound calls * Call center and inside sales experience is a plus * Coachable and trainable * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Strong organization & ability to multi-task * Thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work well independently * Strong PC and Internet Skills Compensation: Hourly+ uncapped monthly bonuses + benefits + paid training!
