*B-Side Nights Needed. Shift differential ($45/hr.)*

Description

MSFT continues the need for updating their network backhaul to handle increased network capacity needs to their data centers. We continue to see 400g efforts and will soon be planning 800g efforts in the RNG of the Phoenix DC District.

This data center technical manager will be our highest point of escalation for our RNG team. They will be responsible for monitoring metrics, utilizing time on task, delegating work, enforcing accountability, and willing to get in the weeds when need be. These resources will be assigned projects from our TPM to delegate to their teams.

MSFT has asked us to expand our RNG team to 66 resources in preparation for this demand. This team will have it's own TEK PM to collaborate with MSFT stakeholders, DC Tech managers to manage each shift, and a mix of L2/L3/L4 DC Tech resources to execute on the work.

There will be 5 DCTMs, one for every shift to ensure 24/7 coverage. A-side days/nights, B-side days/nights, and one assigned to our M-F crew. Shifts below:

B Side Nights: Thur-Sat w/ every other Wednesday (6PM – 6 AM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
