    As a Product Associate on the DR Strategy & Pricing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategies, driving business growth, and modernizing data analysis. You'll collaborate with partners across product control, business management, sales, technology, risk management, and legal, helping to deliver impactful solutions for our clients and the business.

    Job responsibilities

    + Analyze DR market trends using internal and public data, applying statistical tools to identify patterns and correlations.

    + Provide senior stakeholders with insightful analysis and visual representations to support data-driven strategy development.

    + Demonstrate a clear understanding of the product and drivers impacting business profitability.

    + Lead the development of pricing strategies to retain clients and secure new business.

    + Liaise with product control and business management to analyze revenue, profitability, and cash flows, identifying opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.

    + Contribute to policy and procedure development to enhance controls and streamline processes.

    + Play a key role in developing and testing new digital tools, assembling user requirements, and validating new system builds. Serve as a main point of contact for cross-functional projects.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + 3+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience.

    + Ability to gather and analyze market data to identify risk and growth opportunities.

    + Strong problem-solving skills; able to research and resolve issues independently.

    + Excellent presentation, communication, and writing skills; able to convey complex data insights clearly.

    + Well-organized and able to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel and information technology skills.

    + Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or related field.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + Experience with programming languages and machine learning techniques.

    + Knowledge or experience with Depositary Receipts.

    + Ability to create actionable roadmaps focused on ongoing innovation.

    + Ability to maximize delivery of business goals and return on investment.
