    Position Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper

     

    Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time

     

    Location Medford, NY

     

    Salary $55,000 - $60,000

     

    Days/Hours Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm

    Description

    Concern Housing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper is primarily responsible for client and tenant billing and collections. This includes the sending of client rent statements, generating letters and working with clients and tenants to reduce their AR balances. This includes attending monthly or quarterly AR meetings with all program directors.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Generate and distribute monthly rent statements for all agency clients.

    + Monitor AR balances for accuracy and delinquency

    + Assist clients and case managers with detailed account histories when needed.

    + Prepare worksheets for eviction proceedings at the request of senior administration.

    + Monitor client/tenant stipulations and alert appropriate staff when payments are missed.

    + Code and post cash receipts for all entities.

    + Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.

     

    Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

    Position Requirements

    High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of accounts receivable and collections experience. NetSuite experience preferred.
