             An exciting opportunity awaits in Seattle, Washington for a committed nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their growing Transplant practice located at Swedish First Hill. This full-time position is centered on inpatient and outpatient care, supporting our abdominal organ transplant team, with the goal of covering the span of Liver and Kidney Transplant care, both inpatient and outpatient. An applicant with prior experience in Transplant Medicine, Nephrology, Hepatology, Internal Medicine or related sub-specialties is desired but not required. The successful candidate will be trained and supported by a team of experienced Transplant Advanced Practice Providers, Nephrologists, Hepatologists, and Surgeons. The successful candidate will eventually participate in on-call transplant nephrology weekend coverage (approximately 8 to 10 inpatients on a 1:8 weekend rotation), closely collaborating with the transplant team complemented by a robust MA/RN team within the First Hill Swedish Organ Transplant Department at Swedish Medical Center. * Position is Monday through Friday 8-5 * Looking for candidates with experience * Mix of inpatient and outpatient care * Eventual on-call transplant Nephrology weekend coverage (1:8) * Prior experience in Transplant Medicine, Nephrology, Hepatology, Internal Medicine or related sub-specialties is desired but not required * Compensation is between $120,711 and $158,354 per year * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
