Job Summary:
As the Clinical Resource Therapist, you will serve as a resource to respiratory and other hospital staff by providing daily operational oversight to ensure clinical excellence.
You will evaluate and direct activities of assigned staff and assess workloads appropriately. You will also provide care to patients with the highest standard of care.
In this role, you will assist leadership in ensuring respiratory services remain compliant with the standards of all pertinent regulatory agencies.

REQUIREMENTS
+ Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program and maintain credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
+ Maintain credential as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
+ Licensed to render respiratory care services by the respective state(s) of practice – Ohio and/or Michigan
+ BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Membership in the American Association of Respiratory Care or other professional organizations
+ BLS Instructor Certification
