Job Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT AREN’T LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING):

+ Production Art: Create vector artwork to customer specifications while adding creativity that makes us the best in the industry.

+ Customer Service: Provide first class customer service to deliver happiness to all customers.

+ Cross-functional Teamwork: Capability and aptitude to work well with other departments such as operation and sales, assist with design projects as needed.

+ Continuous Learning: Develop continuous learning with the latest technology in software, and consumer fashion and design elements.

+ Aids with the embroidery digitizing process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Art, Graphic Design or a related field

+ Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
