    Job Description

    Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

    + Learn the production process and product flows

    + Work on projects to improve efficiency in any of the following areas: Safety, Quality, CIP, Yield, Downtime

    + Partner with other departments to work on plant initiatives

    + Learn and apply basic lean manufacturing principles: 5S, root cause analysis, KPI tracking

    Requirements

    **Educational Requirements:** Incoming Sophomore or above, including graduate students

    **Desired Degree Focus:** Industrial engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, food science, business
