    The Production Operator is responsible for working in a safe manner while complying with requirements established by Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) - a process of identifying potential food safety hazards, as well as other regulatory standards.

     

    First Shift: 2am - 12:00pm

     

    Second Shift: 12:30pm - 11:00pm

    Key Responsibilities

    + Ensure Label changes on machine are correct.

    + Ensure the proper cap color and date code on bottles.

    + Flush fillers.

    + Take samples & test in the Quality Control Dept.

    + Complete reports daily.

    + 2 nd shift is responsible for sanitation, hand cleaning and hoses, work with chemicals.

    Requirements

    Work Environment and Physical Requirements

    + Maintain physical conditioning sufficient to accomplish heavy lifting and climbing stairs multiple times per day

    + Use of hand tools and repetitive tasks

    + On feet 100% of time

    + 4-5 day work schedule
