Skilled relationship builders, our Associates are responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting and client interface/presentations. They collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. Requirements:
+ **_Experience_** _: 4–6 years of relevant experience in Workday HCM Benefits modules, with_ **_Workday HCM/Benefits certification_** _preferred._
+ **_Education_** _: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (advanced degree preferred)._
+ **_Workday Benefits Expertise_** _:_
+ _Hands-on configuration and administration of the Benefits module._
+ _Led multiple Open Enrollment cycles and supported life events._
+ _Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canada benefits systems, legislation, and regulations._
+ _Familiarity with ACA compliance, HIPAA considerations, and COBRA administration._
+ **_Workday HCM Functional Knowledge_** _:_
+ _Core HCM and Benefits plus hands-on experience in at least one of the following: Advanced Compensation, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, or Payroll (U.S. / Canada)._
+ **_Technical/Analytical Skills_** _:_
+ _Report creation, data extraction, and validation for accuracy and compliance._
+ _Understanding of Workday security roles and permissions._
+ _Familiarity with integrations between Workday and external benefits providers or payroll systems._
+ _Strong troubleshooting ability for incidents, service requests, and configuration changes._
+ **_Continuous Improvement_** _: Ability to assess Workday updates, adopt new features, and document solutions using ticketing systems._

+ Advanced qualifications: BE/B.Tech, MBA (HR), or equivalent.
+ Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
+ Strong consulting skills, including the ability to conduct demos, workshops, and ad hoc assignments.
+ Flexible and open to learning/adopting new technologies.
The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000- $125,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $115,000 - $143,750. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
