    Summary

    The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the guard force personnel at their designated location.

     

    _This position is contingent upon contract award_

    Responsibilities

    + Supervise Shift Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with access control, visitor support, alarm response, and dispatch operations.

    + Collaborate with Shift Supervisor and Project Manager to meet contract objectives.

    + Ensure personnel comply with training requirements.

    + Conduct security inspections and practical drills/exercises as needed.

    + Manage and coordinate contract-specific requirements; serve as POC for the government.

    + Oversee all guard service activities.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + Holds a DoD Secret security clearance.

    + Possesses five years of management experience, ideally within a civilian police force, military police force, or civilian security guard organization.

    + Proven experience in supervising guard force personnel.
