    Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for a **Requirements Analyst/Tester** to provide application development support to the Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) Office of Information Systems (SI). The Requirements Analyst/Tester will be responsible for capturing and documenting requirements and testing user stories.

    Responsibilities

    + Interface with the Champion, Working Groups, and Product Owners to identify and clarify detailed requirements for application development.

    + Document user stories and associated requirements in Team Foundation Server (TFS) for review and discussion by developers.

    + Utilize TFS to document epics, user stories, requirements, change requests, bugs, and tasks.

    + Provide documentation of procedures, application reference materials, workflows, business processes, and data structures.

    + Develop Quick Reference Guides (QRG) for each new application released to provide instructions of primary application functionality.

    + Perform code reviews and testing of user stories.

    + Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience capturing requirements and testing web applications.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office 2010 and higher.

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience writing Agile user stories and requirements documentation.

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS Team Foundation Server.

    + Active Secret Clearance is required.

    + Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe)

    + ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certifications

    + 10+ years of experience in program or project management roles.

    + Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.

    + Background in government contracting, defense, or regulated industries.

    + Familiarity with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or software development lifecycles.

    + Experience with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar.

    + Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.

    + Ability to work independently and part of a team.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + Strong analytical skills.

     

    Estimated Salary/Wage

     

    USD $100,000.00/Yr. Up to USD $115,000.00/Yr.
