Pay Rate:

What you'll be doing as a Event Set Up Worker:

+ Cut, trim, and carve various types of meats such as beef, pork, and poultry to prepare them for serving

+ Carvers ensure food is served at the correct temperature and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

+ They also clean and maintain food preparation areas, workstations, and utensils

+ Able to be on feet for entire shift

+ Will be people facing, dress code black button up with collar, black pants (wrinkle free please), and black NONskid shoes (no tennis shoes are allowed)

+ Carves individual portions from roasts and poultry to obtain maximum number of meat portions, using carving knives and meat-slicing machines: Disjoints roasts and poultry

+ Slices uniform portions of meat and places sliced meat in steamtable container or arranges individual portions on plate

+ Ladles gravy over food and garnishes plate

Available Shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) & Weekends

Job Requirements:

+ Experience is strongly preferred

+ Skilled in using carving knives to carve precise cuts of meats.

+ Greet customers, process food orders, and deliver exceptional service.

+ Make sure food is served at the correct temperature and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

+ Background check required
