    As a **Semiconductor** **Process Integration Engineer** at Micron Technology, Inc. in Manassas, you will play a key role in driving yield and product quality improvements, enabling manufacturing capabilities, and supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into Fab 6. You will own portions of the product manufacturing process flow, collaborate with multi-functional teams to align with sister fabs, and lead structured problem-solving efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of semiconductor processes, and the ability to lead complex projects across engineering and production teams.

    Responsibilities:

    + Own and optimize portions of the product manufacturing process flow during yield ramp and sustaining phases.

    + Collaborate with process teams to align process control and performance with sister fabs.

    + Lead structured problem-solving efforts using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, and FMEA.

    + Set up and analyze engineering experiments to support process improvements.

    + Coordinate with defect detection, yield enhancement, product engineering, and reliability teams.

    + Handle documentation including lessons learned, risk assessments, and characterizations.

    + Work with planning and change control teams to implement manufacturing changes.

    + Publish regular updates on module and project status to partners.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

    + 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry (manufacturing, research, or other support roles).

    + Semiconductor device knowledge, or Semiconductor processing and fabrication experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with semiconductor metrology, inspection, and parametric test methods. Experience in semiconductor device physics, CMOS, flash, DRAM, or probe/test flows.

    + Knowledge and experience with statistical process control (SPC). Knowledge of Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

    + Strong structured problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
