The Opportunity:
+ Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting database backups
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to NetApp and Commvault systems
+ Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures
+ Mentor and train other support engineers in the team, sharing knowledge and best practices
+ Stay current with the latest NetApp technologies, best practices, and certifications
+ Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues
+ Ensure all storage devices are security compliant
+ Contribute to monitoring of team metrics and KPIs, ensuring the health and success of the service
+ Collaborate with other cross-functional teams in both engineering and security.
Qualifications:
+ 10 years Experience and HS or GED or 5 Years Experience and Bachelors
+ Active TS/SCI (no waiver - minimum requirement)
+ DoD 8570 IA Type: IAT Level 1
+ DOD 8570 Certification Requirements: Comp TIA A+ CE / Comp TIA Network +CE

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$86,600 - $181,800
