    The Opportunity:

    Are you ready to lead high-impact Military Information Support Operations at the tip of the spear? As the OIP Lead for CACI’s Program, you will lead Task Order execution, set the strategic vision for program delivery, and guide a talented team of contractor professionals. Your leadership will ensure quality, efficiency, and responsiveness across technical and operational lines of effort.

    What** **You’ll** **Do:

    As a CACI Influence Operations Lead you will serve as the Government’s primary POC and lead for the USCENTCOM-based program. You will support USCENTCOM and its mission partners (USAFRICOM, USINDOPACOM, etc.) global projects. You will be responsible for managing all messaging, product development, dissemination, and assessment with CACI’s operational media partners and a budget of $700M. Additionally, you will support USCENTCOM and its mission partners development of target-audiences, target markers, and media landscapes through research and determine which medium best suites message dissemination. You will support US Central Command and other strategic and operational mission partners, managing a complex Strategic communications and Influence campaigns to ensure consistent messaging across all stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee a team of contractors to develop media campaigns that align with customer goals and in conjunction with CACI’s partners, manage overall task performance and business operations with a budget of $500K.

    + With partners, manageprovide detailed, cultural, social and language data, to produce influence products.Support content development that demonstrates an understanding and reflection of local and regional perspectives, to include the use of indigenous terms and dialects.Developed content may include text, graphics, video, audio, audio-visual components, and any other information featured on relevant platformsand shalldemonstrate an intimate knowledge of the regional media markets, as well as the cultural, social, political, and economic dynamics for the target region and target audiences.

    + Provide periodic content dissemination, media monitoring, and social media monitoring reports that reflect relevant metrics that may include media impressions, web reach, social reach metrics, and, when relevant, sentiment analysis.

    + Assign tasks to contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and managing overall Task performance. You will be responsible for the quality and efficiency of all assigned tasks, including both technical issues and business processes.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Current Top SecretSecurity Clearance. Specialized Compartmented Information Eligible

    + BA/BS degree with 10 years’ experience in IO planning and operations and recent experience (within the last 5 years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.

    + 3 years recent and relevant experience with Psychological Operations Planning and operations at the Operational or Strategic level.

    + Experience in developing integrated marketing, outreach, and communications in support of themes and objectivesin support of multiple Geographic Combatant Commands

    _Desired:_

    + Experience with briefing senior government leadership (4-star level or equivalent)

    + At least 5 years of experience support MISO activities for the DoD

    + Experience in full-scale target audience, target market, and media landscape research

    + You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

    + OCONUS locations.

    + Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and OCONUS

     

    This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

    **Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $90,800 - $199,700
