    Your Next Mission** **:

    As the Information Operations (IO) OPSEC and Sensitive Activities Advisor, you will provide IO and Sensitive activity support to USCENTCOM and its mission partners (USAFRICOM, USINDOPACOM, etc.) global projects. You will analyze and produce IO products, SA Plans, and a range of assessments which evaluate friendly and adversary operations, capabilities, objectives, and gaps as they pertain to the Irregular Warfare mission. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting USCENTCOM and strategic partners with the synchronization and assessment of messaging across all programs; melding strategic goals with capabilities through strategic engagement to identify future requirements and potential shortfalls; providing liaison capabilities; and examining organizations, systems, processes, interoperability, technology, and personnel. You will conduct research, build influence capabilities, and develop options for physical and technical access to select targets. You will support USCENTCOM multi-tiered sensitive compartmented programs by providing operational and strategic planning expertise to support the development and implementation of sensitive compartmented plans and activities. You will collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to identify, develop, and synchronize intelligence requirements in support of global operations. You will also develop and implement a formalized, coordinated, sustainable, automated, and assessable process for the management of USCENTCOM’s ACCM system.

    Responsibilities** **:

    + Integrate and synchronizing theater IO efforts into IO plans and operations in support of current and future OPLANs, CONPLANs, OPORDs, etc.

    + Review all Operations Security (OPSEC) plans and activities to ensure they are in accordance with command guidance.

    + Analyze the development of processes and organizations and the allocation of IO responsibilities and tasks coordinated with strategic partners and intelligence and operational organizations across the region.

    + Assist with the analysis and implementation of IO, Special Technical Operations (STO), Strategy and Policy (S&P), and space tools and capabilities.

    + Assist with the development of Continuity of Operations (CONOPS) and requirements for IO capabilities and programs that will enhance warfighting capabilities.

    + Identify how the Government can utilize IO, STO, and Special Access Program (SAP) capabilities to enhance current operations, crisis response, and FP.

    + Assist with Indications and Warnings (I&W) analyses.

    + Coordinate with other IO stakeholders across USCENTCOM, DoD, and the broader interagency community to foster innovative solutions to improve processes and procedures and to promote IO objectives.

    + Prepare briefings and provide Request for Information (RFI) responses as required by the Government.

    + Support IO-focused assessment efforts which include assisting with the development of tailored MOE and MOP.

    + Develop, nominate, and coordinate requirements within USCENTCOM and with the JS, other Combatant Commands, and other Government stakeholders.

    + Coordinate support across the tactical, operational, and strategic information spectrum throughout AFRICOM, the JS, other Combatant Commands, and other Government stakeholders.

    + Develop and maintain SOPs to facilitate multidisciplined support to Government stakeholders.

    + Maintain a thorough awareness of worldwide intelligence activities as they relate to Government guidance.

    + Review program regulations and identify and draft potential changes and edits in coordination with USCENTCOM.

    + Coordinate the development of overarching USCENTCOM policies and instructions for Special Activities.

    + Coordinate the development of USCENTCOM policies and instruction for the implementation and execution of the ACCM program.

    + Assist with ACCM planning activities.

    + Support and sustain the automated workflow processes for ACCM from the identification of the access requirement through briefing and then debriefing.

    + Develop and implement an initial and annual plan of instruction in accordance with the instructional system development model.

    + Maintain and execute assessment processes and criteria for tracking personnel given access to ACCM.

    + Maintain and execute assessment processes to determine efficacy in coordinating cross-Combatant Command clearance transmission.

    + Respond to the annual reporting requirements for the ACCM control office.

    + Assist with all exercises’ ACCM requirements with pre-exercise planning and the development of a trusted agent network for ACCM access.

    + Assist USCENTCOM with the maintenance of ACCM program training and develop a way forward to transition to the Need-to-Know Management Module (NTKMM) database to maintain ACCM program rosters.

    + Serve as the collateral security manager.

    Qualifications:

    _Required:_

    + Current Top Secret Security Clearance. Specialized Compartmented Information Eligible.

    + BA or BS in an appropriate discipline related to IO Planning with 7 years of experience.

    + Experience managing ACCMs.

    + Complete working knowledge of the joint planning process, Military decision making process or other service equivalent planning processes.

    + Experience with the staffing process for CONOPs through a Geographic Combatant command, and staffing through compartmented channels.

    + Excellent written and verbal communications and briefing skills.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.

    _Desired:_

    + MS or MA in a related discipline

    + Graduate of the Joint IO Planners Course.

    + OPSEC Level 3 qualification.

    + STO Planners Course.

    + Joint MILDEC Course or SOF MILDEC Course.

    + Experience in the USCENTCOMAoR.

    + ASOT III graduate

    + ORMC gradua

     

    This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

    The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $90,800 - $199,700
