    Monday – Friday: 8:30am-5pm EST (IN OFFICE Full Time)

    Position Overview:

    Essential Functions:

    + Answers incoming phone calls and responds to member emails and voicemails. Responsible for any in-person questions that come up as well. Handles through to completion member questions on payments, information changes, etc. according to established department policies and procedures.

    + Addresses member complaints and/or issues, escalating as appropriate. Forwards any specialized questions to the appropriate staff member. Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.

    + Processes inbound servicing mail and other member contact information discrepancies.

    + Performs other related duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:**

    + 1-3 years of call center or similar experience.

    + Experience working in mortgage a plus.

    + Ability to handle inbound calls on a dialer. **The ideal candidate will possess:**

    + Strong attention to detail.

    + Ability to remain professional in high intense situations/strong customer service skills.

    + Strong communication, both verbal and written.

    + Quick learner and takes initiative (proactive in their approach)

    + Strong organizational skills.
